The Word of Rope
At that moment of realization I knew that I had been blind because I had wished not to see. It was only then that I realized, at last, art was creative for the sake of realization, not for amusement, for transfiguration, not for the sake of play. From win and lose and still somehow it's life's illusions I recall. I really don't know life at all. The great art is sensation, to feel that we exist, even in pain. I feel the mystery of existence is the connection between our faults and our fortunes. I existed from all eternity and, behold, I am here, and I shall exist till the end of time, for my being has no end.
